Nonesuch Records

Nonesuch Records is an American record label that was created in 1964 by Jac Holzman. Originally dedicated to chamber and baroque music, Nonesuch has since become part of the Warner Music Group and widened its array to represent the likes of Björk, The Black Keys, k.d. Lang and Wilco among others.

Nonesuch.com's design is very much a minimalist design that makes excellent use of blank spaces and content arrangement. While the viewer is greeted with a seemingly white homepage, they in fact discover that nonesuch.com is an easy to navigate, well laid out Drupal site. By eliminating unnecessary design elements and overtly bright colors, nonesuch.com is easy on the eyes and visually pleasing to explore.

Blank backgrounds are compensated for with unique banner colors on each of the primary pages. This really gives each page it's own look and feel while incorporating a variety of colors across the site.

Also of note: the Artists page incorporates the use of rich media with a bright red Flash block, bringing an interactive and fun element to the site.
